Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volume.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Within Canada:
• Card Decks: $6.55 CAD, standard shipping (3–10 business days).
• Journals: $9.33 CAD, standard shipping (3–10 business days).
To the United States:
• Card Decks: $8.55 CAD, standard shipping (4–10 business days).
• Journals: $13.44 CAD, standard shipping (4–10 business days).
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping across Canada and the USA.
International Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Returns
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, even if the plastic wrap has been opened.
• Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, digital products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

• Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
