Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days, and shipping to the USA takes 4–10 business days. Times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
When will I receive my Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.
What is your Return Policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition, even if the plastic wrap is open, within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@heliahomam.com to initiate a return.
